I have been in Usha's yoga class since it first started through the Park District. I love it. Usha trains us in strength, flexibility, and balance. Everyone in the class is at a different level of performance, and Usha give us feed back and encouragement. Since taking the class, I have found my rheumatoid arthritis symptoms have greatly lessened. I move much more freely. Thank you , Usha. I will always be back.

I have been in Usha's class for over two years and feel strongly about the positive results, especially in terms of flexibility. I have friends from their 30's to late 70's who enjoy and thrive in the class. Usha is a great instructor, who adds humor to the class. I have taken many types of classes before from aerobics to step to zumba. No other class time passed as quickly as this one does.
